(12 April 2023, Hong Kong) Wealthking-Innovation Capital Limited ("Wealthking-Innovation" or the "Company", stock code: 1140.HK) announces that its investee entity, Oriental Patron Tenghua Financing Leasing (Shenzhen) Co., Limited* (“Oriental Patron Tenghua”), is changing its legal representative. The board of directors of Wealthking approved the following removal and appointment regarding the legal representative of Oriental Patron Tenghua in March 2023:

1. Agreed to remove Yuan Tianfu as the legal representative;

2. Appointed Zhou Hongliang as the new legal representative.
